2019 L.A. Tofurky Trot 5K
Get ready for the 2019 LA Tofurky Trot 5K fun run!
The LA Tofurky Trot is a family-friendly 5k (3.1 mile) fun run, trot, or walk open to all levels of physical fitness.
The Trot is organized by, and all proceeds benefit, the Factory Farming Awareness Coalition (FFAC), an educational nonprofit committed to empowering people to save the environment, animals, and our own health through our daily food choices.
The Trot is sponsored by Tofurky.
During the event there will be a kids area, as well as food samples, speakers, and lawn games. Stay tuned for more details on vendors, speakers, and more!

RACE DETAILS
- Pre-Race Group Yoga: 9:15-9:30am
- Race Start Time: 10 am
- Location: Griffith Park Crystal Springs Picnic Area (south end of picnic area). Parking entrance near the Park Film Office, 4730 Crystal Springs Drive, Los Angeles 90027
- On-site race Registration: 8:00-9:45am
- Advance packet pickup will be held on Friday, November 22nd at Fleet Feet in Burbank (1516 W Magnolia Blvd) from 4-7
This is a fun, family-friendly event!
Well-behaved dogs on a short leash are welcome to join the fun. We will have water stations for humans and dogs alike.

10am: Tofurky Trot 5k starts
10:30am-11:30am DJ/music
11:30am: Race winners announced
11:40am: Speaker: Bill Muir, aka SGT Vegan
12:05pm: Best Costume Contest
12:20pm: Speaker: Vanessa Marsot
12:45pm: Speaker: Torre Washington
1:20pm: Cutest Dog Contest

MAPS & DIRECTIONS
The closest address to input into Google or Apple maps is the Griffith Park film office, 4730 Crystal Springs Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90027. From there, you can turn in next to the film office (there are driveways on either side) and find parking. If that parking is full, there is additional free parking in the Merry-Go-Round lot. There will be signs and people to help direct you. We will share a map with direction on the timeline before the event too.
