About Our Guest:

Nil Zacharias is an entrepreneur, advisor, author, and podcaster who has spent the past 10 years focused on the intersection of food and sustainability. He hosts the Eat For the Planet Podcast and co-authored the Eat For the Planet books. Nil also heads Food Systems Innovation at EFFECT Partners, and is co-founder of Plantega, Spire, 8020Plants, and previously founded and ran the media platform One Green Planet. Prior to focusing on food systems change, Nil worked in the media and technology space for a decade and started his career as a lawyer in Bombay, India.
